HIGH PERFORMANCE JETS FOR PIPE AND SEWER CLEANING

The international brand DUEBRE TEC has partnered with Octopus Electronics to distribute their world-renowned nozzles for sewer and high-pressure cleaning.

The nozzles are made from different materials for pressure ranges from 0 – 2,500 bar. The ISO – certified production and final inspection guarantees the highest quality of the nozzles as well as nozzle inserts.

Chisel Point Nozzle

The punching nozzle is a tool for solving heavy blockages of all kinds. These are mineral deposits, ice, mud, sand and grease. It is also very suitable for dissolving roots. In addition, the sharp edges penetrate with their kinetic energy like a chisel which rips and cuts the roots free.

Grenade Bomb

The grenade bomb nozzle cleans the circumference of a pipe (grease and seal skin) while remaining in the center of the pipe. When the nozzle is withdrawn, heavy soiling (gravel, sand and deposits) are also released and the pipe is completely cleaned.)

Flounder

The flounder clears large deposits of sand, gravel, stones and grease on the channel bottom of the pipe extremely quickly. A deep cleansing in high water-bearing ducts is also possible. Furthermore, less water is needed due to the large washing capacity.

Ejector nozzle

Casings and runners are made of VA and the recommended working pressure is 100 bar to 130 bar. Although the maximum permissible pressure is 200 bar. Ejectors gently remove sand, mud, gravel and the likes from the tube floor. The ejector must be immersed in water and can be used in locations which are difficult to reach such as culverts or in sensitive systems. The hose, branch and swivel are included in the delivery.

You can remove roots, mineral deposits and other blockages in pipes with diameters of 80mm to 900mm with the professional series SPIDER. Renovations often begin with a round cleaning of the pipe– the easiest way to do this is with a SPIDER. The SPIDER uses fresh water or exceptionally well filtered water.

Spider 50 TM – Max 350 BAR

The small curved chain sling for the range Ø 80mm -150mm. With the link chain, control chain and brush attachment in the transport case, incrustations, root growth and roughening of the pipe walls are easily removed; especially before pipe repair workings.

Spider 60 TM / 6080 TM / 80 TM – Max 350 BAR

The small standard chain sling for the removal of slight roots and mineral deposits such as lime or concrete sludge. Especially for arches in the house connection area and for the preparation of repair tasks.

Spider 250 TM – Max 350 BAR

The large combination chain slinger for working range Ø 250-900. For removing root ingrowths and mineral deposits in cable ducts, drinking- and oil pipelines.
To prepare for coating large diameters. The simple construction allows to assemble this large chain slinger immediately before use. Strong double screw connections ensure a high statics of this tool. The exchange of the link chains or control chains is completely uncomplicated.

Spider 450 TM – Max 350 BAR

The large combination of the chain slinger for working range Ø 250mm – 900mm. For removing root ingrowths and mineral deposits in cable ducts, drinking and oil pipelines. To prepare for coating large diameters. The simple construction allows assembly of this large chain slinger immediately before use. Strong double screw connections ensure a high statics of this tool. The exchange of the link chains or control chains is completely uncomplicated.

Spider Tandem – Max 350 BAR

For removing roots and mineral deposits in the channel as well as in the drinking lines and the preparation of pipe restorations.
